Shipping
How much time does it take to process an order?
Your order is typically ready to be shipped within 2-3 business days - unless mentioned otherwise - from our studio in Portugal.

What are the delivery methods for Portugal?
Domestic orders are shipped with Ctt Express.

Is international shipping available?
INFUSA ships both domestically and to the majority of international destinations. Advise the check-out to see if shipping to your country is possible.
What are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees differ per shipping address. At the check-out your shipping fee is calculated based on your purchase and shipping address.
Can I track my package?
All our shipments are traceable with a tracking code. The tracking code will be sent to you via email and is visible in your client account.
In some cases you are required to provide your signature upon arrival of our packages.
Are duties and Taxes applied?
Shipments outside of Europe can be entitled to duty fees and import taxes. Our delivery costs do not include any duties or taxes, which may be applied by customs of the country, and are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Read our Shipping Page for further information.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, your order will be returned to our warehouse in Portugal. As soon as your package is received we refund your order. The original shipping fee and return shipping fee are deducted from the price.

What are the available payment methods?

We only accept Apple Pay when checking out on supported devices.
Are the payments save?
All payments made on www.infusahome.com are secured. All purchases are processed through our website and all data transactions are encrypted.
How do I apply a discount code?
Discount codes are applied to your order during checkout in the Discount Code section. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
How do I apply a gift card?
Gift cards are applied to your order during checkout in the Discount Code section by filling in the personal code on your gift card. Only one discount code can be applied per order, therefor it is not possible to apply both a discount code and a gift card.
Returns
I am not satisfied with the purchased product, how do I make a return?
We accept returns for store credit within 14 days after receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and not damaged. Read our Return page for further information.
Contact customerservice@infusahome.com with your order information to request your return.
If you are located outside the European Union, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns, due to the extra import duties, customs taxes and local sales taxes that will apply. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
We pack our products with a lot of care to prevent damaging. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours after arrival when the item is defective or damaged. Send your name, order number, and pictures of the damage to customerservice@infusahome.com.
