Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused and not damaged. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact customerservice@infusahome.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days. Orders that are returned back by the buyer without authorization will not be processed and are not eligible to receive a refund. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 24 hours after reception when the item is damaged or when you receive the wrong item. Please add your name, order number and photo in the message. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
If you are located outside the European Union, we do not accept returns. This is due to the extra import duties, customs taxes, and local sales taxes that will apply. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If the buyer has made an error in their delivery address, or moved to a new delivery address within 4 weeks of ordering, without notifying us, the undelivered items will not be refunded.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom/personalized items.


Cancelation
After placing an order, you have 24 hours to report a problem. Orders that already have been shipped cannot be canceled. If a cancellation request is submitted, we will contact you that the item has already been shipped. In that case, the buyer can choose to return the item after delivery and receive a refund.


Exchanges 
We don’t work with exchanging products. When you wish to order a product in a different size, color or design, please return the item you have and place a new order . Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you, once we’ve received and inspected your return, to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds do not include shipping costs. INFUSA has the right to decline exchanges and returns if we consider that the products have been damaged or are in a flawed condition in relation to the time of purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
