The online store of www.infusahome.com is a e-commerce platform. It is edited by the owners of the company of INFUSA. On this website we may use terms like “we”, “us”, or “our”. These words refer to the company of INFUSA. Terms like “you” can refer either to you as the buyer or you as the user of our service at INFUSA. Users who are on this website agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
General terms
All material and content found on our website, including text, images, illustrations, videos, graphics and documents, are exclusively belonging to the property of INFUSA. You are not allowed to misuse, download, duplicate, modify, copy, publish, resell or distribute any of this content without receiving written permission of us. We take the privacy and protection of personal information of our visitors and customers very serious. Your personal information is only accessible to those who are directly responsible for taking care of fulfilling your orders or those who are providing a service to you at INFUSA. Credit card information is safely encrypted on our platform. We are in our right to refuse a certain service or order at any given time for any reason. Each heading on this terms and conditions page is solely added to increase the readability of this document. It does not affect or add any other purpose.
Parts
The products of INFUSA are all handcrafted by artisans. This means that no pieces will be identical and each piece is unique on its own. Therefore, the received product may have slight differences from the product seen on the reference picture. We do our best to display an accurately image of each product, but colors of each object may differ due to the monitor of your computer. The product description can be changed at any given time by us. We aim to bring out products that we believe are from high-quality and add care information at each product to assure the longest product consumption. Nonetheless, we are not responsible for the warranty that any of the products or services purchases or received from INFUSA meets your expectations. Â
Purchases
Products bought on www.infushome.com are meant for personal use only. The products bought through this website are not means for commercial selling. If you are interested in purchasing a wholesale order, please contact business@infusahome.com for information. We have the right to refuse an order without having to provide reasoning.
Prices
All the prices on the website of www.infushome.com are in Euros (€). All prices on this website include the Portuguese Value Added Tax (VAT) rate.
Please remember that orders with a destination outside of the European Union can be qualified for import taxes or duty fees, depending on the destination of the delivering country. Extra costs - including taxes, brokerage fees, import duties or other additional fees - that your local government imposes are not the responsibility of INFUSA and are the costs for the recipient. We are not able to calculate this number for you, so please contact your local authority if you wish to receive an estimated cost.Â
Payments
A purchase on our website is only finalized after the payment is completed. The recipient will receive a confirmation on their email as soon as their payment is succeeded. If you did not receive this confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@infusahome.com so we can take care of this matter.
Each payment conducted at our platform is 100% secure. We do not retain any of your personal data nor do we misuse it. The accepted payment methods on INFUSA are:

Shipping
All orders places on www.infusahome.com are shipped from our studio, located in Portugal using Ctt or FedEx service. All shipments have a tracking number and can be followed by the recipient. The shipping costs are added on top of the price of each product, which is visible at the check-out. We offer a flat-rate shipping price. This price variates based on your destination country. Worldwide shipping is available at INFUSA for the majority of international destinations. Please contact us at customerservice@infusahome.com if it seems that shipping to your country is not available.
If the recipient does not claim their package for some reason, the shipping and return costs beloning to the delivery of the order are charged to the buyer. The refund is made once the package is returned back to our studio. We are not entitled to send a replacement on unclaimed orders. A new order can be placed at our website.
The recipient is responsible for any additional fees that their local government conducts. INFUSA does not receive any amount of these fees and has no control over the price that your local government implies. When the recipient refuses to pay the additional fees that their local government imposes or refuses to accept their order for any other reason, the package will be returned back to our warehouse and the order will be refunded only after the package arrived back. Please note that in this case we have to deduct the original shipping price and the return shipping fee.
Return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused and not damaged. Orders that are returned back by the buyer without authorization will not be processed and are not eligible to receive a refund. At this moment we do not accept returns for orders outside of the European Union.

After the package has returned to our studio, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. INFUSA has the right to decline exchanges and returns if we consider that the products have been damaged or are in a flawed condition in relation to the time of purchase.
Giftcard
INFUSA offers giftcards. After you filled in all the necessary information to activate your, or your recipient’s, giftcard, you will receive your personal coupon with coupon code that is activated for use on online orders. Giftcards work with the following conditions
- the amount can be spend in various orders, until the amount is reached
- A giftcard can’t be returned in cash
- the giftcard is only valid to spend on products on  www.infusahome.com
Limitations of Liability
The buyer acknowledges that INFUSA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages), or personal injuries or death resulting from use or sale of our products.
