Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends, local holidays or unless stated otherwise) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that the order processing time is separated from the shipping time mentioned at the check-out. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking code. Kindly note that delivery to remote addresses or delivery during busy seasons can result in longer shipping times. You can follow your shipment with the tracking code.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All domestic orders are shipped with Ctt Express and delivered within 1-4 business days.


Shipping to European Countries
We offer shipment with FedEx Economy for all countries within the European Union, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, and Norway. EU shipments with FedEx are delivered within 3-5 business days. EU shipments with Ctt National Post are usually delivered within 4-7 business days. 

Please note that we offer shipping with Ctt National Post as an affordable option for within the EU. It is more likely to have delays than the FedEx service. We recommend selecting FedEx for orders with multiple products.


Shipping to the rest of the World
We ship to the majority of international destinations outside of Europe. Advise the check-out to see if shipping to your country is available. We offer international shipping with FedEx International Economy. Orders to the rest of the world are delivered within 4-10 business days. 


How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


If you haven’t received your order within three weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@infusahome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Changing shipment address
Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, we aren't able to make changes to the delivery address. If you do notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@infusahome.com with your name, order number, and correct shipping address. We'll try to notify FedEx to find a possible solutions. 

If the buyer has made an error in their delivery address, or moved to a new delivery address within 4 weeks of ordering, without notifying us, the undelivered items will not be refunded.


Attempt deliveries
FedEx typically provides three delivery attempts. If, after three attempts, the package was not accepted by the recipient, the package normally will be held at a local FedEx location for you to pick up. If the package hasn't been picked up within 7 days, it will be return back to our studio address in Portugal. We will refund your order, minus the original shipping costs and refund shipping costs. We recommend that you use your work address and add your mobile phone number to ensure a successful delivery. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.


Taxes en Duties
The recipient is responsible for any additional fees that their local government conducts. INFUSA does not receive any amount of these fees and has no control over the price that your local government implies. When the recipient refuses to pay the additional fees that their local government imposes or refuses to accept their order for any other reason, the package will be returned back to our warehouse. The order will be refunded only after the package arrived back. Please note that in this case we have to deduct the shipping price and the return shipping fee of the refund.
